Dr. Benanati was professional, kind and very confidence inspiring!
So I am not the smartest cookie at times. For a while I thought that this facility was just for diagnostic work and with me living with chronic exhaustion my days have a tendency to blur together at times and my cognition is really bad sometimes. Benanati's office and the health network in general are a mess. I was told to see a neurologist from an ER doctor whom I had when I had a health emergency, but it's not a "Formal" written referral. As such I called Benenati's office and explained this. They took my informaiton and the person I spoke to informed me I would get a call back from either Benannanti's or Drake's office based on who ends up taking me on as a patient. She was a terribly insensitive Dr. 21 years ago she barely took a look at my tests and just said to my hopeful 16 year old self that “I would never be able to overcome my epilepsy and I just had to learn to live with it”. Still struggle with that memory. My situation is way better, my only regret was stepping into that office. Back in the day there was no reviews. Honestly I don’t know why I’m doing this right now, probably just unfinished business.
Did not take me on as a new patient since I was seen by a NP, not MD at a difference office for Migraines, even though I was referred to her for other issue.
