Just horrible
Diana sold our home in 7 days and was a pleasure to work with!! She was kind, understanding, and very knowledgeable of the process. She was extremely professional and conducted all business without a glitch. I would recommend her to anyone and would use her services again.
Despite my hesitations, my ex husband convinced me to use his realtor friend, Diana, to sell our marital home. During this process, she purposely left me out of much of the communication regarding the sale of the house and even refused to disclose an offer that was given. Diana was extremely rude to me during the process, and even tried to degrade me and yell at me in the presence of the new buyers, my family, and my friends, despite the fact that her main complaints were her negligence and lack of communication to me.
