The doctors are fine, but the appointment management is lacking. We have showed up TWICE to canceled appointments now. This should not happen once, but two times is insane. Taking off work and school just to be told that the appointments were canceled and not be told this until you show up is disgraceful and unacceptable. Our time isn’t respected and then they try to reschedule months later.
