Bad workmanship worst customer service. Brought my mom here for Christmas to purchase a ring found a pink star sapphire which is exactly what she wanted picked out. A setting came back an hour later and without any consultation, they put the stone in a different setting reluctantly made the purchase due to the fact that the pink star sapphire was what my mom was truly interested in within a month. I’ve been coming to this place for years I got a solid gold rope chain and a Benzyntine after. Very nice place super friendly people it’s family owned and operated and you get such better jewelry and price than mega corporations, no surprise. I highly recommend getting something special here you can’t go wrong also tell them BEN sent you!!
Cheap repairs and done quickly. They were very careful with my opal ring. Only 20 bucks to get the prongs tightened.
