Paying around $1,200 plus a month for a one-bedroom here, you would expect a safe, well-maintained apartment and responsive management. Unfortunately that has not been the experience at Diamante on Bell Road. There were ongoing plumbing leaks from the unit above, and at the same time the air conditioner condensation line was leaking into the ceiling, which caused water damage, mold growth, and eventually a large sagging area in the ceiling. TJ was such a great help! He was the nicest person and I enjoyed working with him. He does great work!
Amy was absolutely brilliant in assisting getting me the apartment I had my heart set on! She showed me that I could trust her and that she was there for me. She would not give up on ensuring I secured one and she was so kind and considerate ! The only reason I am giving 5 stars is because of the assistance that Amy provided, she advocated for me and worked with me for multiple days. She is top tier and goes above and beyond for her clients ! Love Amy!
Lived here 5 years, put an umbrella on my patio day 1. 5 years later I get fees, charges and penalties for having an umbrella, which I was NEVER TOLD TO REMOVE. Called to have this clearly incorrect charge removed, and am told by a corporate robot nothing can be done. This place is horrible and management is far worse. There emergency line for maintenence goes to a voicemail that doesnt get return calls. Don't live here anyone
I have lived here for several years and have had few issues. However twice in the last week, I have been to the office to pick up packages, and the new younger gentleman working there now treated me so rudely and spoke to me with a very disrespectful tone on both occasions. He was curt, snide and condescending. I left quite upset. He is not at all a reflection of the culture this complex wishes to portray.
