If there was an option for negative stars that's what I would give. I deliver for Door Dash and there is nowhere for us to park without fear of getting towed. Kwik Tow illegally towed my car while it was in a fire lane I had the Hazards in and wasn't gone very long. They towed my car claiming they don't have to honor the Hazards and that we should park in a spot. All while the parking is assigned and you can be towed for parking there. BE CAREFUL when you start to move here because the trash, wastewater, and water NOT including in the final bill to rent and they add on the bill Electric Charges, the electric is the common areas.
2 stars is being polite. We have lived here about 6 weeks and have had maintenance pretty much be our roommate. Our washer was installed incorrectly so it would not run, the tub separated from the wall and our air conditioner was leaking bad enough we need a bucket under it constantly or our hallway and walk in closet completely floods. We have placed SIX work orders in SIX WEEKS and have been at the front office most of the days we have lived here asking for updates and trying to get problems resolved.
