Under new management and her Customer service was the worse. How you communicate with your patrons is everything because you want them to refer your venue to others. She spoke to us in a condescending tone and never asked any questions. Not a good first impression at all.

Every event that I have attended at Diamondz event hall has truly been like I was in a fairytale, whatever theme this venue has had it has exceeded my expectations. I absolutely love this Hall!!!! Kudos to you Diamondz you guys ROCK ������
