The best 30 and over crowd and Baltimore I must go everytime I'm back home in Baltimore I go there and have a great time the music is great the venue is beautiful and the atmosphere is fun definitely

I have multiple events from various organizations under my belt. All of them held @ Diamondz. I have personally been around since day one...Hell I was Keith's sounding board for most of the initial planning process!!! And now...Finally on my own, and with 2 successful events under the Artistic Events / The Artistic Boundaries Co. Brand...I have nothing but the best to say. It sucks poor customer service , the owner was very rude who ever answers the phone get another job if u can't talk right on a phone and that's all you have to do and can't do that right smh something's wrong !! I would never come back actually I've stopped to parties from putting a deposit down !! A big thanks for nothing !!
The office personnel,Fran, had a very bad attitude, horrible customer service skills-if it's even called skill at that level- so I walked out. I was actually interested in renting but I dont have patience for rudeness especially as a consumer!
