I attended the store with an old citizen gold watch which was my grandfathers, it required a new clasp or band the team at Diamonds Plus sourced a new band that was perfect fit, I also required the clasp resoldering on a gold chain which the team completed as well on collection it had been cleaned it looked brand new. certainly can recommend the the service at Diamonds Plus.
