I got hired there a month ago and they still haven’t found work for me after knowing my availability and having me sit through a 7 hour orientation (not paid btw) and then never contacting me about possible shifts etc. I had to call them multiple times to see if any shifts opened up for me and they would never get back to me. Then today I decide to call because I saw an open shift and they put me on hold for almost 20 mins when I decided to hang up. Then to top it off, they put me on hold until their office closed at 5. They don’t pay on time smh. Your supposed to get paid weekly. I had to call them each week I work about not getting paid. Which makes you have to spend more money and gas. They don’t care who house they send you too which is also really dangerous. I wouldn’t work there again I my life depended on it

I signed up with this agency for a home health aide for my daughter. I set up interviews for an aide on 2 separate occasions but the aides never showed up and didn't call. I do not recommend this agency.
