I can not believe the customer service I received from this place. I purchased a 2,000 diamond ring and the entire top of the ring fell off. I took it back in and they would not stand behind their product. Honestly, I hate to say it but I do not recommend this jewelry store. I have also took items in to be repaired and the quality of the repairs were awful and had to take back several times with the issues. Was never solved so I just gave up. Just think twice before you do business with them. Very dissatisfied customer😢
