Harry and Hash were the best in helping us pick out a watch at the Sint Maarten store. Very knowledgeable! Felt like royalty there and we will definitely be going back.

Horrible customer service experience! Got jewelry that turned black!!! I have bought sterling silver for like $10 in the nyc streets that didn’t even turn black! I’m so disappointed by this “supposedly” well known international company! It’s not even in this location!!!!! Didn’t even bother adjusting google maps! Then they gave the security guard wrong address and phone. Number goes straight to voicemail! Where is the 0 star option?????
Stunning jewelry that is also quite unique. It's a little bit pricier than what you see in the US, but that's to be expected, as some of the gemstones aren't available in the US. I love the fact that they have charm bracelets for the kids to collect charms from various Diamonds International locations. Each charm is customized to the island the store is located in, so it makes it extra fun.
