Really disappointed. We ordered a tv unit and one of the drawer slides came jammed. Not only the quality of the slides is shockingly bad, but the joinery of the piece. The two sides of the piece seem to not have been joined properly. Messaged the customer service as soon as the piece came in, they asked me to try and fix it myself. Have been waiting for them to come back with a solution for over a week and no response. Had to chase them to get the piece delivered on time and now have to chase them to get my piece fixed. Dining table purchased looks great and affordable. We would have give five stars if it the delivery wasn't so bad. Driver left the big box about 50 meters down the road nearly 7pm at night by the sign pole, I asked him how do I carry back to my apartment and answer was ' no parking' and drove off. Luckily I was at home today. If this was left for my wife, how will she carry it all the way to our apartment. This is so irresponsible.
