Condescending and rude, called me dumb for naming my price on gold per gram after he asked me to name my price. It’s no wonder this business isn’t doing well.
Took my son in today for an early birthday gift after seeing a silver chain/pendant combo here. As I suspected, he was in love with the piece immediately. It's great quality and we got the best price on it for sure. I highly recommend "Patel" and his store. They hooked my baby boy up and he left with the biggest smile ever! Priceless!! Horrible customer service! The owner has an attitude problem if you start asking questions about the jewelry. Take your money & go to one of the other jewelers inside the mall
