This place is full of rude thieving neighbors. The management is VERY terse; really couldn’t care less about your issues. Appliances suck and break down every 3 months. Then you get a “refurbished” one. People have loud domestic arguments outside for everyone to hear. Kids leave their toys EVERYWHERE. Neighbors from the townhouses drop trash on their way to the dumpster and just leave it wherever it falls. DO NOT RENT HERE! THE WORST PROPERTY MANAGERS. I have lived here for about 7 years now the place is a dump. The managers are rude and take forever to come and fix anything. Raised my rent multiple times on an income based apartment even though my income had never changed. Karen is completely rude. The walls are thin. I called to complain about the lady above me, which is what the cops told me to do, and Karen and Sue told me to just deal with it.
