When I started looking for an engagement ring, diamonds meant nothing to me and I preferred a lab grown to save money. This place is amazing from the atmosphere to the cleanest and the customer service is great. I had Joseph wait on me and he waited on me every step away. Definitely made the process smooth easy-going and not stressful. I recommend this place to anyone.
I went into diamonds direct for the first time and I was blown away by how wonderful the staff was and the large selection of rings they had. My sales person (Jakki stein) was absolutely amazing! As well as the diamond expert Mary Dawson. I will never go anywhere else.
Jakki was absolutely awesome!! Found a beautiful bracelet super quick for my girlfriend and even got help looking at engagement rings for the future. 10/10 customer service and a great representative for the diamonds direct brand.
