This is from a while ago. Kay jewelers built us a ring my wife loved but the quality of Kay kept having the diamonds falling out. We went to Diamonds direct for help and they went out of their way to help us when Kay wouldn't. We owe them so much ty!
I've had great experiences at Diamonds Direct in Troy. My sales associate, Jennifer Friedman, was outstanding. All of the staff are amazing, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend the store in Troy! I have also worked with Jakki at the Troy Diamonds Direct. She is super knowledgeable, very kind and lovely. I will definitely return and make additional purchases there.
My niece and I visited your store on Saturday, September 27, 2025. My niece was looking for diamonds stud earrings. I was a little hesitant and nervous because I usually think of diamonds being out of my league, but my fears were diminished when your sales representative, Jakki, assisted us. I went into Diamonds Direct to look for a gift for my anniversary for my husband, 19 years! Right I can’t believe it even myself. Jakki was amazing. She helped me find him the perfect bracelet, talked me through everything and she was so kind and helpful about my purchase. And I wasn’t sure what I was doing anyways… grateful!
I cannot say enough good things about their costumer service. We had an unfortunate experience where we bought my wedding band to match my stunning engagement ring (he bought from here also) they happened to have a sale with a certain name brand that we ended up purchasing and on my wedding day noticed a diamond missing. Diamond direct were so apologetic and accommodating to make it right and that is exactly what Mary and her team for us and I couldn't be happier. Thank you Mary you are the best!
