Jackie did a wonderful job helping my wife and I at the store. We dealt with an issue on her ring from a previous store. Jackie was very helpful in replacing our damaged ring. We had an overall great experience mainly due to Jackie’s charm and knowledge! She made ring shopping fun and easy!
Diamonds direct was amazing! My fiancé and I had the best time picking out engagement rings with Mary and picked our wedding bands with Joseph. The team was very attentive to what we were looking for and helped direct us to tasteful rings that felt like us. We would definitely recommend!
