Great service. The young blonde woman was especially accommodating and friendly.
Brought my ring in for a fresh dip and diamond check. Diamonds direct advised me that 2 of my diamonds fell out, but the woman advised me not to worry, “we will take care of you”. They were quick and very professional from when I walked in to when I left with my ring fixed and sparkling! Thanks Diamonds Direct and to the woman who assisted me and the jeweler for taking care of my ring!
Maria was so incredibly helpful and kind- especially with a purchase as big as this, I could not recommend her and the team enough. P.S they have diet cokes too…enough said☺️
Wonderful service. Everybody is very welcoming. Liza was great to me and my fiancé and very attentive to want we were looking for. She made it easier for us to choose our wedding bands.
