Had the most wonderful experience with Elena. Me and my boyfriend went to try on engagement rings for the first time and she truly made this experience amazing for us, she was so patient and honest. I left happy and knowing exactly what I wanted because she took the time to show us so many options and ways to go, what would look good on my finger and what might not work! Her clarity and respect was a breath of fresh air and we feel comfortable and confident in working with her!!
I had an amazing experience at Diamonds Direct. I brought in my Tissot watch, and Scott went above and beyond to help me. He took the time to size my watch on the spot and didn’t even charge me. That kind of honesty and customer care is rare these days. He was professional, friendly, and clearly knew what he was doing. I really appreciate the service and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality service and genuine people.
Horrible customer service experience. From the moment we walked into the store, we felt unwelcome. Rather than taking the time to understand what we were looking for or explain the different engagement ring options available, the staff were dismissive and spoke to us in a condescending manner. When we asked for pricing information, we were told they could not provide even a rough estimate for a mined diamond ring and that pricing would take a full day to obtain. Although they had nice items the customer service is horrible. Will not be returning.
I bought an engagement ring for my wife years back from this place and it's hard to remember the lady I dealt with but I have to say, it was a really great experience and not only were they flexible on the price but I got something really good for about 20-30% less on average than what it would have been elsewhere. She was really Happy and to this day I appreciate the quality, service and experience, Really great place and highly recommended!
