Horrible customer service experience. From the moment we walked into the store, we felt unwelcome. Rather than taking the time to understand what we were looking for or explain the different engagement ring options available, the staff were dismissive and spoke to us in a condescending manner. When we asked for pricing information, we were told they could not provide even a rough estimate for a mined diamond ring and that pricing would take a full day to obtain. I bought an engagement ring for my wife years back from this place and it's hard to remember the lady I dealt with but I have to say, it was a really great experience and not only were they flexible on the price but I got something really good for about 20-30% less on average than what it would have been elsewhere. She was really Happy and to this day I appreciate the quality, service and experience, Really great place and highly recommended!
Andy is a must if you are looking for a diamond ring. He is very knowledgeable and will work with you. He helped with a custom ring. The results were spectacular!
