Went to glen to get my wedding ring redesigned and showed him a photo, which is all he had to base it off of. Price quoted was astonishingly reasonable and when I picked it up; it looked exactly like the photo that was shown. It only took a few weeks, and I was floored with what I picked up. I went to Diamonds & Design to see if I could get my engagement ring inspected and repaired, as my claws were wiggly and my diamond was loose. My ring was purchased back east, so I always feel a little hesitant going to a different jeweler. Glen was so friendly, personable and caring right away! Can’t say enough good things about Glen’s professional manner and care! I brought in a necklace that has sentimental value and was broken on the chain. He took it back into his workshop, figured out what to do and came out about 10 mins. later, saying, “All done!”. So impressed with his courtesy and how fast he repaired it! 😊
