I came in here looking for simple stainless steel ring and they said they had tungsten rings so I took a look and I asked how much they were. It was out of my budget because I didn’t wanna spend a lot on a simple ring. Some worker there had a snarky stupid remark saying “There’s always Amazon.” The sarcasm wasn’t appreciated
I’m so grateful for this place. I work in Times Square but get off work right after every jeweler closes. I needed to kickstart my engagement ring process and they were one of the very few shops still open after 6:30pm and were so kind to help me in finding what I liked and where to start.
I will give this place 1000 stars if I could. Can you believe they made a custom piece for me less than 16 hours? I literally called 8:30pm on a Tuesday and they had it ready by Wednesday 2pm. Wow! not only that, the pricing was extremely fair and the quality is amazing. I will come back to this family business time and time again!
Most wonderful store . What a special experience. The warmth, honesty, a family business . Bought my engagement ring and wedding band . Spectacular, the setting and stone full of sparkle . I can’t thank you enough for everything . .
