Diamonds by Shelly was amazing, great price, great diamond, and great service. Shelly is down to earth and normal, very trustworthy and focused on finding the right diamond for any budget. She walked me through the entire process from picking out the loose stone to designing the ring. My wife loves the ring, everything worked out perfectly.

My experience at Diamonds by Shelly was great. I walked in looking for an engagement ring and no joke they showed me the one I bought with in 2 minutes. I saw a few more, but that first one was the one and it was like they knew exactly what I was looking for. her staff is extremely knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. The same went when went shopping for our wedding bands. We were in and out. she picks up on your style and shows you a few things that you will love. My fiancé and I have been very lucky to find a jeweler as great as Shelly. Not only was she patient with my fiancé when he was picking out my engagement ring that I love, but she also helped me design and pick out my and his wedding bands. Working with Shelly to get the ring I was after was a great experience- and I wasn't easy. I took multiple visits to learn and talk about the ring, diamond, my options, etc. Shelly was always great- she was very patient, never rushed me to "finish" the sale, etc. By the time I had finished, I had changed the design of the ring several times- but she was never anything but awesome to work with, and I ended up with a custom ring that my Fiance loves! I spent about three months going to multiple jewelry stores and haggling prices to look for that perfect ring. Then I went to DBS. The manner in which DBS does business is much different than any other place I went to. Every other place I went to I felt like I was buying a car- no matter what I picked they didn't really care, they just wanted to get the deal done.
