Value Jeweler – well, well, here it is i was looking for a diamond solitaire and i was on a buggetr of $ 2000. it was for my 2 year anniversary. every store I went to, i was getting diamonds that was yellow or have black carbon visible. I explained the sales person what i want and she got me connected to her boss who went in the back and got me a very good diamond it was SI1 and F color for $1500 and i paid 300 for platinum mounting. all he asked me was that i tell a few friends that i got a great deal and service. Needs Improvement – They told my boyfriend that someone is always there to "size" my ring for me. When it came down to it someone is only there on Tuesday or Friday and there's no guarantee that you will even get it back the same day. I called to make sure someone was going to be there to size my ring. Someone answered the phone and put it on the counter, no one ever answered. The website on their bag they give doesn't even exist. The people are friendly if your there in person.
