Neil is awesome! I came in needing an engagement ring for my now fiance, and 0 jewelry knowledge. I showed Neil a picture of a custom Marquise diamond she wanted and he replicated it exactly! It came out even better than the picture I had! He was even able to get me .05 more carat than I paid for! Pricing was very fair and seemed to be less than the other big jewelers I looked at! For awhile I have always wanted a pair of 0 gauge earrings with small diamonds around the front. After lots of research I figured I would have to get them custom made. One day I randomly asked Neal if it's possible. He said absolutely and got after it right away! Neal custom made these gauges out of silver and lab cut diamonds to keep the cost down. The price was great and the quality is amazing!
Neal custom designed this exquisite one of a kind wedding ring for my sweetheart, that brought her to tears instantly! Gave him a couple pictures for a general idea of what I wanted, and he created a masterpiece! And it was at a fraction of what any other jeweler would have charged for something of this quality and caliber! I can’t recommend him highly enough! Love the guy!
Neal is great. He has been fixing up my ring as I have lots of prongs. He gets the ring down quickly and he always polishes it to make it shine beautifully. I highly recommend with your wedding rings needs.
