Love this shop. The owner is always very friendly and very knowledgeable about products even the ones that he doesn’t carry and he does carry a lot of different chains and bracelets and watch bands. He’s fantastic to have you work for.
Brought a ring in to get resized, the gentlemen was so kind and the turnaround time was fast. Great service!!
Went there to get the battery replaced. Store clerk said he could open the case, and that he didn’t want to try harder because the screw is stripped. Told him it wasn’t stripped before I came in and he said he can fix it for free. He insisted on fixing it for free but would not take responsibility for it. He then later explained that he did try to loosen the screw but couldn’t because it was too stripped. 10/10 wouldn’t recommend. Clerk can’t even take responsibility. Can’t believe they have someone with such little professi... read more
