Mr. Torguson The fence on the Oaks Homeowners property is the property of the Oaks. I am a resident of over 25 years and a former president of the Oaks POA stated they put the fence up. They also stated you offered to pay half since your buisness was opposite the homes and they refused your offer. You verified this to me and my board members when we discussed this with you when hurricane Zeta damaged that fence. We the Oaks POA paid to repair that fence after Zeta.
