I had somewhat the same problem as the previous reviewer. The first time I used Diamondhead Florist to send flowers to my mom. I spent extra money for a large arrangement, and they delivered a beautiful bouquet of flowers. Based on my experience, I ordered a large arrangement for my mother for Mother's Day. Several days later my parents sent me a picture of the flowers the four of us (me and 3 siblings) sent to my mother. Mine was the smallest. THIS BUSINESS IS A SCAM! DOESN'T EXIST AND THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY WITHOUT A REFUND.

Very bad experience. My out of town children ordered flowers for me that were never delivered. Trying to reach this business with a problem is also impossible. I would give them a zero star if I had the option.

What I paid for was an "exquisite" arrangement and what was received was pathetic. After multiple attempts to call and resolve the issue were ignored I decided to leave this review. When the received picture was posted on Facebook, I was flat out embarrassed by what they sent compared to what it was suppose to be. And yes, I made sure to purchase the "as shown" picture. Will not use this florist again. Waste of money. I understand they have to use "what is available and in stock" but as you can see by the pictures I posted, ... read more
