Clean, well appointed rooms with good food and drink options located right on the beach for a fair price.
Extremely bad customer service. Booked a room by calling their reservation line and the rep gave misleading rates. Managers at the hotel were not helpful and didn't even try to resolve the error nor apologized for the misleading information. Furthermore the hotel is in a very busy road. To make matters worse they had a 7am event where the organizer was using a PA system that woke us abruptly. I wouldn't recommend any of the Suncoast properties.
