First off, the rooms were disgusting. My feet were black from the floors immediately and they felt dirty from the start. There also was a dirty sheet shoved in the dresser. There were gnats all over and little moths. And they never cleaned once. Second, the bar service was terrible. It was packed Saturday early afternoon and on and you couldn’t get any food or drinks because they were serving non guests on the other side. Beach bartender was very rude, plenty of other places to by overpriced drinks on the beach and they won’t be rude!
I genuinely wanted to give 5 stars, but sadly I cannot. The location of this resort is absolutely gorgeous and for the most part I had very little complaints. However, the shower in our room was nothing like the pictures shown online. It was NOT a nice walk in, tiled shower like shown in pictires. It was a cheap, crappy insert with parts of old metal fixtures still attached, that served no purpose other than being in the way and collecting soap scum and dirt.
