I’d give 0 stars if possible, Pat is a hack. Complete waste of time, came in to get frame work done. Says he can do it, 2 weeks later talking about problems with the car. So i go down with donor parts to see what can be done. Casey was a blessing and said they never got it on the frame machine because my vechicle is too low. At this point I’m taking my car back. My Honda Fit got rear ended hard when I was at a stop sign. DiamondCoat was highly recommended to me, and I'm glad it was. Unfortunately, my car was totaled, but Pat was really a class act. He helped me through everything regarding insurance, he communicated very well, and generally really came through for me. He also recommended a chiropractor who works exclusively with auto accidents and knows what she's doing. I have yet to see her, but it's a great connection to have. My ram 1500 truck got high centered in the back and I needed a body shop asap. I reached out and Pay answered and said he would meet me a few miles from my house! Wow, I couldn't believe how kind he was to do that. He took his time on the inspection and within a day, I had a quote in front of me and he was ready and willing to order the parts. Needless to say it was a great experience and I would recommend these guys to anyone!

We took our car to Pat for simple body work after a minor fender bender. He said that the work would take about 2 and a half weeks to complete. He had our car for 34 days in total. He never checked in with us about how things were progressing, it was always us reaching out to him. He also tried to charge us $750 out of pocket for our deductible when our insurance clearly stated that our out of pocket cost would be $500. I have worked with Pat for over 15 years. He has handled everything I can throw at him and more, including fleet taxi-cab repairs, personal fender benders, and insurance claims. There is nothing he can’t do.
