Tracy is very knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. The trigger point massage was needed. I left feeling relieved of pain and relaxed.
I feel very fortunate to have found Tracy. I met her a year ago when I was looking for a good massage to help relieve the physical tension and stress I was dealing with. I left feeling more than grateful—I received an amazing massage and some great life advice. This year, I came back, and she did not disappoint! Tracy has the magical touch. Not only did I get a massage, but I also got educated on why I was feeling the pain, and advice on what I can do to feel better beyond the massage. She really cares about your overall wellbeing and I can tell she loves her job. I'll be back next month!
