Fast, friendly and reliable business. The ignition key to my car broke in half and I had no other option than calling a locksmith, so I called Diamondback and I am glad I did. Erin came to me where I was stranded due to my key breaking and cut me a new key for my ignition right there in his van within 30 minutes! If I ever need a locksmith again I will definitely be giving him a call. FAST, RELIABLE, PROFESSIONALS!
I was referred to Diamondback Lock and Key in order to get the locks to my new home reset, and after my experience with them, I am happy to pass that referral on! Horrible. We lost our Prius keys and called Diamondback Lock and Key. The dispatch said the cost will be at around $150. I thought it was a great deal since other places were quoting me around $300. I fully explained with dispatch that we need a new key made and told them our car's model year and we needed the smart key that unlocks the door when you are close to the car. I was working on my truck, and needed to remove the ignition lock cylinder. As I was trying to get it out, I somehow managed to seize it up so that I could no longer turn the key. I hated doing it, but in the end I was forced to give up and call a locksmith.
