I would not purchase from this company at all. I purchased from this company about 2 years ago and received the product in a timely fashion. This week I saw 4 charges on our debit card that were unauthorized from Diamondback Diamond Tools totaling around $5400.00. We called and emailed trying to get an answer as to why they would charge our card with out permission or without anyone ordering anything. I was contacted by their salesman Kevin telling me they had a big shipment of core bits and if I ordered some they would give me 60 day billing. On the day I pick up the bits from UPS I get an alert from my bank saying I was charged for the bits. So I contacted Kevin and tell him they need to reverse the charge, he said I get 60 day billing. He says he will message his boss Patrick Sr. the president of the company because he doesn’t process payments. No response. Got a quote on over $5000 worth of blades for our company, and when I ordered what was suppose to be only one size on from that quote that was about $600 worth of blades, i receive an invoice for the full order a week later. Called the "Vice President" who was my contact, several times over a week period without response back. Finally got connected with him and he told me the items we already shipped and could not refund my order. He then told me to call the owner who was even less help than the VP.
