Customer service is bar none!
We ordered our pool table in December. It was delayed with no communication. Finally when it arrived the wrong drawer was ordered. We are now in May, 5 months from original order date with not a complete table. No compensation on these delays.

I placed an order for a pool table in October 2017. Was told I could get it before Christmas. Well I am a 2016 flood victim and my house wasn’t ready and good thing because neither was my pool table. It is now March 2018, I am back in my home but my pool table has not been delivered and I have no delivery date! Being told “I am checking on it”� Of coarse they had no problem getting my money! Bad business
