My boyfriend and I just purchased a Arcade Classic Video Game in a barrel and other accessories for our game room.We were greated by Sean, he was very polite, great customer service and very knowledgeable!! Horrible experience with diamondback billiards. First they forgot to ship a lot of my items, installer told me diamondback billiards did not pay him enough so I had to help him,the installer left all the boxes and trash,the cue rack I ordered was discounted and they failed to tell me that, finally it took me another 6 months to receive items they forgot to ship, and through all this 3 employees that I was emailing with ended up leaving or getting fired from the company. I installed game and billiard tables for 15 yrs + (Lens Billiard Supply/Golden West) the LARGEST retailer in Norther California. I highly recommend Diamondback billiards. Great folks and excellent service.
Bought a table from DB back in December and I'm still waiting to get it. Every time I call it's the same story that this or that was on backorder. The guy I purchased from, is no longer there and every person I talk to acts like it's no big deal. If I had to do all over again I would not purchase anything from DB.
We got our new table today. Thanks for everything. You guys did great customer service. I was not expecting it till the end of March and you delivered it earlier. We are beyond pleased with our gorgeous table and benches.
