This Ted Brennan guy does not deserve a single star very unpleasant and unprofessional. Like other poster stated rushed through home and seemed to be in a bad mood. Had no local knowledge of neighborhood and didn’t consider any of the upgrades done to house.

Save yourself a lot of pain and work and avoid this company at all costs. Unprofessional, rude, inaccurate and dishonest. Took almost a month to finally get the appraisal after missed appts. When we finally did get the appraisal it was inaccurate, no relative comps and 30% less then the appraisal that was done exactly 12 months prior. Ted is unresponsive and unprofessional. Be careful with this company. Appraisers don't take the time to compare apples to apples. Rushed in the property just for photos. Didnt bother to do a proper analysis on property. Not highly recommended.
