HORRIBLE...HORRIBLE...HORRIBLE! This is an outrage with the type business this company is allowed to service consumers. They take advantage of Newlyweds, Engagement and Wedding purchases. With the many complaints I have read, most were involving 'Wedding' purchases. Our purchase was $2,083.00 for three (3) wedding ring bands. Two for my spouse 1. dress 2. work and one for me. great store and great products. I've been shopping at this jewelry store solely for 3 years and have never been disappointed. they always make sure im satisfied when I leave and their jewelry selection is unlike any others.
My wife and I went to diamond traders and got our wedding sets in 2012 and recently went in for an upgrade ( get a new ring and just pay the difference between your old and new ring) It was really hard to decide on which one we wanted but when we finally made our decision, we knew it was the right choice. the associates were very helpful in assisting us to find what we were looking for and made sure that we were 100% satisfied before we left their store.
LOVE LOVE LOVE this jewelry store and the associates! they treat you like family when you step foot inside of their store and they have a very nice selection of different styles of jewelry. there is something for everybody in this store. I've never had any issues with their products or the customer service.They've always done their best to assist.
I buy all of my jewelry from diamond traders and have yet to be disappointed. I bought mine and my wifes wedding sets from here and have yet to have any major issues. a diamond fell out of her wedding ring and the manager was quick to replace it and it wasn't a hassle to have it done in a timely manner. needless to say, I am and always have been a very satisfied customer!

This place is amazing, I got the deal that I never got before anywhere , good quality diamond ring for such a great price. I told my friends too they too had great experience shopping at Diamond Traders.
Great staff and products enjoyed my shopping experience here I would defiantly recommend coming here for jewelry the employees are so nice and not rude like the other jewelry stores around here. Not to mention you get high quality jewelry for a great price! Wish I would have started shopping here a long time ago!
