The team at Diamond Technologies is helpful, responsive and dedicated to providing quality customer service. My organization has outsourced to Diamond Technologies for the past four years and I have consistently been please by the level of service they provide.
The team at Diamond Technologies are responsive and knowledgeable. Experiencing technology troubles in the midst of a workday can halt all activity until the problem is resolved. Submitting a ticket and getting a quick reply helps to alleviate the stress. I am grateful for the experience and knowledge of the team every time the issue is satisfactorily resolved.
I wouldn’t recommend this MSP at all. They’ve lost client assets multiple times, which is a huge red flag. The company seems to rely on just Ducan and Jay, while the rest of the helpdesk struggles and lacks competence. Overall, the service internally is disorganized and unreliable. If you’re looking for an MSP, you’re better off going with almost anyone else.
My company transitioned to Diamond Technologies almost two years ago and I have been extremely happy with the quality and level of service we have received. Over the past 4-6 months we have undertaken three fairly substantial IT projects and the team members spearheading the implementation of these programs have been outstanding in their responsiveness and competence. I'm extremely happy that we made the move to Diamond.
