Wish I could put zero stars. I made an appointment for an hours worth of work, he only allowed me 30 minutes, but not before telling me my tattoo design would "look like nothing". It was a VERY SIMPLE outline. I will never give him the time of day or recommend him to anyone I care about. Save yourself the time and money.
