There was no security when I was there and my unit was robbed. When I moved what little of my stuff that was left out they kept sending me bills for months even though I told them in advance I was giving up the unit. The notices finally stopped when new owners of the property took over. I can only hope it got better under their management. Please note this review does not reflect on them. My experience is from before they purchased the business.
Name changed without notice, just a piece of paper on each used unit.
The lock on my storage unit was cut and everything was stolen from inside. I have been unable to get in contact with the management. No returned calls. Their website online states that they "take the security of your stuff seriously." Apparently I am not the only one who has lost all their belongings.
My storage unit was broken into. They took everything! I have yet to get a hold of the owners. They were told three weeks ago and did not call me. Do not rent from this unit!!!
