I just met with Susan Diamond, MD, who was professional throughout our visit. She explained that they would be calling me with the next steps, and she ended the meeting with a smile.
This provider was highly insensitive and discouraging. It would also be fair to say they had aggressive and manipulative questioning tactics. On top of making assumptions about my health and preferences. Do not accept this provider for your virtual appointment if they’re selected.
*Astonishingly* rude and condescending. Spoke with her through LifeRx, left a complaint with the company.
I’d give her less stars if possible. I recently had Dr Diamond for a LifeRX consult. She didn't even introduce herself, was late for the appointment and is very rude and condescending. She didn't listen to my concerns or care what I had to say. She barely looked up at the screen and made me feel very uncomfortable. Have requested to never be seen by her again.
Worst doctor I have ever encountered! I tried to ask a question and she said, “Quit interrupting me.” How is she even allowed to treat patients like this. I felt disregarded, and ignored. We were doing a telehealth appointment and she did not look up once. She was looking down at the keyboard and typing THE WHOLE TIME! I still can’t believe that this person is a doctor. Do not spend any of your hard earned money to support this person who shouldn’t be allowed to interact with humans.
