We made the right choice using Paul for the resizing of an heirloom engagement ring and the creation of a matching wedding band. Paul is highly responsive by email (within 10 minutes, every time, to his credit), and is friendly, honest, professional and polite. I used another ring to size both the engagement ring and the new band.
