We had such a positive experience - I spoke with Veronica and Lyn to organise the booking, they were friendly, helpful and responsive, and were able to fit us in within 24 hours given it was a vomit stain. Dimitrios did a wonderful job removing the stain and smell from the carpet, he was friendly and very efficient! Very reasonably priced too, would 100% recommend. Before and after photos attached! (Don’t look if you get queasy!)

I can’t recommend Diamond Steam Cleaning enough! From the very beginning, Veronica was super friendly and very easy to communicate with. She knew exactly what I was after and kept me updated. On the day, Dimitrios was prompt and so efficient. He got straight to work and cleaned my whole upstairs area so thoroughly.
