Jim came out measured our roof and provided an estimate/contact which I signed. He was not the cheapest estimate I received. I knew that I had soft spots in the roof and was going to have to replace some of the sheathing. The day before the install began Jim came by again and looked under some shingles (before one shingle was removed) and said the sheathing was not up to code an ALL the sheathing was going to have to be replaced resulting in a 30% increase in the cost of the job.
