Diamond State Property Preservation roofing did a great job replacing my 3200 sqft roof, all while in 88-98 degree heat, a 2 day job. The whole team from owner to workers were professional, polite, and cooperative. The roof looks great and even the clean up was done with excellence. Diamond State Property Preservation just replaced the roof on my home and I couldn’t be happier. Jim was professional and fair in price. I received 6 quotes and his took me from start to complete. New roof, new rafters, wrapping plus new gutters. My roof was in a bad shape and I could not be more pleased. My gutters had fallen down, my roof was not safe to walk on. I held my breath everytime it rained or the wind blew.
