This company did a great job on my roof and very responsive.
BEWARE!!!! Wanda is very helpful until you have a problem with your roof. She doesn’t return calls or messages and blames the homeowner when they have a problem with the workmanship of their roof. She is good at blaming the homeowner and refusing to honor the warranty. This company changes their name but you can’t change shady customer service.
Outstanding company, walked me through the process step by step, kept me updated on the progress, every part of the job was done on time, showed me problems with pictures from pass work that was done. I'm 100% happy with the company, customer service, the finished product and Ms Wanda Asenjo who lead this effort.
Diamond star roofing is one of the best companies I've ever hired. Wanda showed up every time she said she would, she met with the insurance, she stayed on top of everything, and got our roof covered With insurance. Her company showed up exactly when they said they would, very quickly I might add, and replaced my roof in one day. It looks amazing, and I've had several compliments. I highly, highly recommend using this roofing company.
