Cancelled our service because of awful billing system. They switched to primo water and stopped charging our card on file. Almost a year later they sent us a bill. We hasn’t realized that they were doing the auto pay. We cancelled due to this. When we had the dispenser picked up, the driver stole item off my front porch. I have called 4 times trying to get my item back and nobody ever gets back to me. Do no do business with them.

I've had my deliveries rescheduled everytime and they are never on time. It is a big inconvenience when you know something is scheduled to come but then it gets rescheduled bc they "ran out of product". They literally have the order a week in advance.....so I'm not sure where the communication and organization is lacking when it clearly shows how much you need for each delivery every week. I'm going to shop around for a better company that delivers water. Pretty disappointed in this company.

Definitely not friendly. Said hello to the driver walking through our business. Just nasty stare back at me with no reply
