We were originally happy to get a 2 bdrm apartment here. Unfortunately it came with people making hash oil, selling herion, and generally bullying of new tenants! Once that was done, a year and a half later, there were still several structural issues. We went 11 months with no heat, a broken skylight for 8 months, bad refrigerator for several months before replacement and several management changes with periods of no one around.
