Very bad service, I HAVE HAD THEM FOR A FEW YEARS AND FOR THE LAST 10 MONTHS I HAVE HAD TO CALL THEM TO BRING WATER. EVEN KNOW WE WERE ON SCHEDULED DELIVERY. THEY NEVER SHOW UP. TODAY I CALL NEEDING WATER AND WAS TOLD 6 WEEKS BEFORE DELIVERY.. THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT A CUSTOMER THAT HAS BEEN WITH THEM FOR YEARS

How unfortunate that Diamond Springs was sold to Nestle ReadyRefresh. We had Diamond Springs service for over 10 years and NEVER once had a complaint. Within 30 days with the unreachable Nestle entity, I'm having them pull the equipment . Le Bleu will have you set up in one to two days of calling - just depends on what time you call.
They've been bought out by Nestle. We contracted with this company to deliver water to an event. However, on the day of delivery, they informed us they mixed up the order and wouldn't be delivering it until after the event. No thanks. Look elsewhere for a more reliable company.
