Parking enforcement here is rigid to the point of being punitive. My vehicle was towed solely because a resident decal was damaged/unreadable — despite there being plenty of open parking spaces and no overcrowding issue at the time. Management confirmed the tow was considered “proper” and that there is no warning, grace period, or reimbursement under any circumstances.
