I appreciated Bruce taking the time to meet with me and appraise some jewelry and coins for estate valuation purposes. He was professional, friendly and took time to educate me on why the various items were valued the way they were. No pressure tactics at all. I plan to return soon to sell some of the items to him.
Bruce appraised an engagement ring and wedding band that was passed down from a family member. He thoroughly explained all of the steps and I got to sit and watch him do it. I was trying to get my jewelry appraised for insurance. The first place I went to did everything wrong, making me nervous and skittish about leaving my items. I was referred to DS and it was the polar opposite experience. The professionalism and honesty were refreshing. I felt completely comfortable leaving all of my items to be valued.
