It's been exactly one month now since our wedding and my wife hasn't been able to wear her band for more than a day because multiple different stones keep falling out of it. Horrible experience with them, especially Fanny. My elderly friend ordered custom rings/gems and experienced delay after delay. Promised dates consistently missed, over and over. He must have been there a dozen times only to be given excuse after excuse. These things took months! Should’ve taken days! Final result was not exactly what was desired either. Of course Prices continued to increase as well They completely took advantage of an elderly man with poor eyesight and a trusting disposition. Shame on them. The only good t... read more

I raced through traffic during rush hour to make it there before they closed, I made it there 10 minutes before they closed. I had to park my Maserati almost three blocks away. I knocked on the door like the sign said and they ignored me while they closed up the cases. After me standing there for 5 minutes he came to the door and asked what I needed and I said I just need to have some diamonds tested in a piece of jewelry. He told me they don't test diamonds.
