The dentist putting extra cavities on you too just to get paid extra by the insurance companies they did not seal my teeth in right. I can fill it with my tongue and I can’t eat on one side. they worked on the whole one side ,saying I had a lot of cavities when i go to the dentist every 6 months my other dentist would have told me smh they cracked my tooth in the back but it my fault I let them work anyway smh I knew better. they didn’t even numb the area right I felt a little pain tried to tell the lady they did not give tw... read more
Where do i start ,I have a lot to say from them not fully filling my teeth in and not numbing the area good enough. then i run into a person talking outside of the office about a patient. im just gone say i don't like my name being brought up outside of the office its very unprofessional. it is a HIPAA Law I’m very aware of it and I could go on but I’m just gone leave this here please get it together
Today was my first appointment at Diamond Smiles. There is lots of parking and easy access. The office is modern and clean. The staff were professional and friendly!! If I had anything negative to say, it would be the wait. They took me back 30 minutes after my appointment. This was quickly forgotten because of the excellent service!
My nephew was in severe dental pain. Dr. Akpabio saw him immediately and developed a treatment plan the same day. Her office is professional, kind and willing to help! I highly recommend she and her staff! We are forever grateful!
