Completed my third session and I am very very happy I chose this place. Ok so Pcos girlie here and I had major hormonal changes in the past couple of years. Despite pre-booked, fixed appointment slots made months in advance, she was consistently late by at least 30 minutes. To make matters worse, she repeatedly asked me—a paying customer—to set up her laser machine and promotional banners, as if I worked for her. I’ve attached screenshots of these messages, which is honestly a joke and incredibly unprofessional. I was surprised how easy and comfortable the laser hair removal process was. After a few sessions, the hair growth slowed down a lot, and my skin feels so much smoother now. Very happy with the experience!
